HSBC
📚 Behavioural Reviews 2019
I carried out these reviews as part of a introduction how HSBC could apply some elements of behavioural psychology across the public wealth website and the proposed My Life feature within mobile banking.
These projects were managed by Eve Robertson and Niti Saini within HSBC.
Permission has been given to share these reviews within HSBC but not with anyone outside the organisation.
Wealth public website
The purpose of this document is to review the current HSBC wealth screens through the lens of behavioural psychology and economics.
The ambition is to build principles to both create more effective communications and deliver an enhanced customer flow towards wealth products and My Investment registration.
My Life mobile banking
The purpose of this document is to review the HSBC My Life experience through the lens of behavioural psychology and economics.
The ambition is to find insight into how to initially engage a customer with My Life, as well as more effectively curate content to match their goals, and explore if My Life can look to change the causes of unhealthy financial behaviour.
